The dumbbar dumbbell workoutThe dumb bar dumbbell exercise is an awesome exercise to get started.
It’s simple, and takes no special equipment or time.
You’re simply lifting the dumbbar with your arms straight out at the bar and your hips forward.
This position gives your abs and core the ability to hold the weight overhead.
If you’re a powerlifter, this position is an ideal way to work your core.
Once you’re comfortable, use the dumb bar for deadlifts, pullups, squats, pushups, or just hang cleans.
I’ve shown you how you can train this exercise with dumb bars, but there are also dumbbell variations.
