In the past, I’ve been in the news for my support of the vegan diet and for my advocacy for healthy eating.
But I’ve also had the privilege of working with some of the biggest names in the fitness industry.
The most recent to come out in support of veganism was former bodybuilding world champion Matt Buell.
The two of us have worked together on many projects and are friends on Instagram.
Matt, a former NFL player, has worked with Bueell for years.
Matt has also worked with bodybuilders and CrossFitters on a vegan diet.
Matt told me he is a vegetarian because he believes that meat eating is unhealthy.
Ive known Matt for years, and I’ve had the pleasure of watching his progress in the past couple years.
“Ive seen him come up in the weight room, and we’ve had a great relationship,” Matt said.
After working with Buesell, Matt decided to make a change.
He and his wife decided to take up the vegan lifestyle.
At first, he didn’t believe it would be so easy, and he was skeptical of the idea of a vegan lifestyle changing his body.
He was just curious.
As he worked with Matt, I started to realize that veganism wasn’t going to be easy for Matt.
According to vegan food expert Jennifer Janssen, vegans often experience “cravings for sugar, grains, dairy, and many other processed foods”.
The first time I ever met Matt was when he shared a video of him doing a cardio workout in the gym.
I was struck by the intensity of his workout.
When I started working with him, he told me that it took him about three days to get up to his current body weight.
But once he got up to 300lbs, he started to lose weight.
He started to feel more and more comfortable.
In fact, he felt like he was getting stronger.
Since then, Matt has been training with me every day, and when I started my first Vegan Challenge, he became one of my personal coaches.
It wasn’t easy for me.
I had never worked with a vegan before and I had a hard time getting my head around it.
During the first Vegan Challenges, I realized I wasn’t getting the results I was supposed to.
By the time I was done, I was overweight and struggling with chronic health issues like diabetes, hypertension, and hypertension.
However, after Matt and I began working together, we realized that it was not only possible to get a vegan body, it was possible to become a healthier vegan.
My vegan journey began with my own research.
Over the past year, I have worked with some amazing people who have been passionate about veganism and have made their lives healthier.
For example, my husband, Dr. Kevin, has spent his life working with athletes and has been vegan since he was a teenager.
Dr. Kevin has a passion for animal rights and veganism.
He has a vegan family and has a strong connection to his ancestors.
While Dr. K grew up on a dairy farm in Wisconsin, his grandfather was a dairy farmer who helped develop dairy products that were used in food for generations.
Despite the fact that his ancestors suffered from dairy, Dr, Kevin was vegan as a young man and is now an active vegan.
He also has a family and an amazing son.
Now, Dr Kevin is also vegan and is committed to educating others.
Another vegan I have been working with is my husband’s grandfather.
His grandfather was the first to be diagnosed with prostate cancer.
Before my grandfather died, Dr., Kevin’s grandmother passed away from a rare form of cancer called polycystic ovary syndrome.
She passed away after being diagnosed with polycytic ovarian syndrome in the 80s.
Her daughter and sister passed away with the disease when she was in her 60s.
Dr. Kevin, his father, and his grandfather have all spent years helping to educate people about the causes of polycyty.
With the help of my vegan family, Dr Kevin has taken the challenge of becoming a vegan, and it has paid off.
Last year, Dr K started his own vegan journey.
What started as a simple workout plan has turned into a lifestyle change that has made him healthier.
I have seen the transformation from a heavy weight-loser to a healthy vegan.
