I’ve been doing my workouts with dumbbell exercises for years now, but have never really found the perfect combination of movements.
I’d rather just use dumbbell rows, lunges, or dumbbell pushups than dumbbell curls or dumbell chin-ups, and I’ve never been able to find a great way to do the same thing with my core.
For some reason, I always feel like my core muscles are weaker, and this has been an issue since I was a teenager.
So, I’ve always been searching for a way to make my core stronger.
I’ve been trying a few different things to help my core strength, and for a while I was using a set of dumbbell dumbbell adjustable dumbbills, but I felt like they were too heavy and I couldn’t do them well.
I’m not sure if they’re just a problem with my wrists, or if my core isn’t strong enough to do them with my hands, but if I could use a dumbbell to help with the core, I thought I could find a way.
The good news is that these dumbbell weighted dumbbell sets are extremely light and easy to set-up, and they’re perfect for the beginner.
Here’s how to do it.
