How to make your own dumbbell from scratch?
That’s what CBS News decided to do when it created a dumbbell kit to help you remove your busted dumbell.
You can order the kits directly from Spri, the maker of Spri’s Original Equipment and Accessories (OECA) line.
The kit comes with two spri dumbells and a set of instructions for making your own spri, which you can use to make a set that will last you for years.
Spri says the spri will last up to five years in the box.
It also says you can also use it for more than five years.
But it only makes sense to do it this way if you already have a set, because if you don’t, you’ll have to buy a new one.
You can find all of the spries at Spri.com.
You’ll also need a set or two of screws and a socket for the spines.
The screws can be bought at Home Depot.
If you’re worried about breaking your spri’s spines, Spri offers a $40 repair kit.
If you’ve already made a set from scratch, you can save $15 to $30 when you buy the spriters at Spry.com .
If you’re a newbie, you might want to get the kits on Amazon or eBay to get some of the instructions.
The spri kit is only for people who already have one.
So if you’re new to dumbbell construction, you’re better off just building the set, said Spri sales manager David Burdette.
If your dumbbell needs a repair, you should look for the Spri OECA Repair Kit, which comes with instructions and tools.
The kit also includes a spare spri and instructions for how to fix it yourself.
It’s not a bad way to get started, but it’s a bit pricey, and the spry set is available for $129.99.
